About Andrew Leigh
Andrew Leigh is joint founder and a director of Maynard Leigh Associates and author of over a dozen books on management topics, dealing with leadership, teams, presentations, decision making and communication. Many have been translated around the world. His recently publishing The Charisma Effect, was chosen by WHSmiths Travel as its business book of the month.
Trained as an economist and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Andrew has extensive experience as a senior executive in both the public and the private sectors.
With his colleague Michael Maynard, Andrew set up Maynard Leigh Associates, focusing on achieving behavioural change. He has been involved in division many management development programmes and offers a down to earth perspective of what is really means to be a manage and succeed at it.
