Investors In People
In December 2002 Maynard Leigh Associates gained the Investors In People award.
The report concluded: In summary, the assessor was very impressed by much of what she found at Maynard Leigh. Practices in development and performance management were among the best she has encountered in eight years as an Investors in People assessor.
Since this was written in 2002 we have continued to improve our people development approach within the company. However for purely administrative reasons we have not continued with the IIP accreditation.
