We spend more time at work communicating than any other daily activity, yet so often our conversations and interactions prove unsatisfactory. For example we find our ourselves misunderstood; we make assumptions, listen without hearing and misread those we most want to influence.
Interacting reaches beneath the surface of inter-personal communications to assess and transform how you come across. In two days you'll explore all aspects of your communciation skills and style. We provide a safe space in which to rehearse new ways of being a more effective communicator at work.
