The Big Picture chart shows how you scored on the 10 main behaviours making up Personal Impact. You can compare your perception of your impact with that of your chosen five colleagues. The differences are as important as the absolute scores.

A detailed statistical tabulation of all the scores for each question in the questionnaire also provides comprehensive feedback for exploring areas of personal development that need the most attention.

Finally, this section collates the written views of the five colleagues and presents them in anonymous form. The information can be particularly helpful in highlighting issues of Personal Impact that the quantitative data may not fully reveal.

How Long Does It All Take?

Just a few days! After we obtain the names and e-mail addresses of all those taking part we send out invitations to complete the profile input. Once everyone has done so the profile is instantly available on line and we automatically notify the person concerned when it is available.
