Tessa has been actively involved in running the company's most well-known course, Performing With Presence. She was also involved in developing STAR service, the company's Customer service programme, based on her first-hand experience in the travel industry.

Tessa aims to deliver each course with energy and passion and she is convinced that it is this element that encourages participants to take on the subject with similar enthusiasm. Her clients at Maynard Leigh have included Bank of Ireland Mortgages, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ericsson, GGT, IAA, BMG and AA.

She worked as an actress and drama teacher for 10 years, joining Maynard Leigh in xxxx.

Tessa’s coaching skills are developed from her ability to motivate and challenge people through difficult situations. She works with people to see their 'blocks': and then creates realistic strategies with them to support making the necessary changes. Tessa strongly believes that coaching is about getting people to do it for themselves.
