Rob Hale
As an experienced Maynard Leigh consultant Rob has led a wide range of courses in companies as diverse as Air Miles, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Sun Microsystems, Bank of Ireland, Virgin Records and EMI.
He has designed and delivered bespoke courses focusing on interpersonal dynamics in management, career development and appraisal training. Rob has also acted as main link presenter in conferences.
Having spent 20 years as a professional actor and director he also has specialist knowledge of recruitment and selection.
A keen exponent of the pleasure principle, Rob places a high value on enjoyment and fun in the learning process!
Rob has a particular interest in one-to-one coaching with extensive experience in this area. He has helped people with leadership, presentation, personal impact, influencing and interview preparation.
