Phil has been a consultant for Maynard Leigh Associates since 1995 working with people to develop their abilities to think and act creatively in managing change.

His work includes programmes on coaching, presenting, leadership, communications and personal effectiveness, as well as coaching individuals, presenting at conferences and facilitating events.

Phil has developed and led programmes to help leaders and managers adopt a more coaching style of leadership in a range of client organisations, including T-Mobile, The Healthcare Commission, Carlsberg Tetley, Rank Gaming Division and The Audit Commission. He regularly works in Germany, France and elsewhere in Europe for some of Maynard Leigh's international clients.

Before working in the corporate sector Phil was a director and actor in theatre, frequently involved in developing new writing and working regularly for the London New Play Festival.

Phil strongly believes development and training should be an enjoyable and stimulating experience, and strives to bring his creativity and experience from the theatre to his work for Maynard Leigh.
