Nigel Hughes
As a founding associate of Maynard Leigh, Nigel specialises in leadership and creativity.
He has led personal development courses worldwide since 1985. Nigel works in all areas of inter-personal management, combining his work in both the private and voluntary sectors.
Nigel has experience of a wide range of clients, including Asprey, London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, The Scottish Executive, VW Financial Services, the London Stock Exchange, Bank of Ireland, Axa, Whitbread Pub Partnerships, VISA and Barclays. He facilitated the 'Top 50' managers at Campbell’s through an Inspirational Leadership programme.
Nigel also works cross-culturally, particularly in the Pacific Rim and he is the co-founder and Chief Executive of Green Light Trust, an environmental action charity.
