Carol Leader
Carol is a senior associate with Maynard Leigh Associates and is the co-creator of our most popular course, Performing With Presence. She has led and devised courses for the company for over a decade and is a qualified analytical psychotherapist.
As a coach Carol specialises in development issues for management executives, team-building and dealing with difficult situations.
She also coaches on presentations and speeches, having worked as a successful actress, presenter and scriptwriter for 20 years. Carol has coached clients from a broad range of industries, including British Telecom, Whitbread, Boston Consulting Group, Bank of Ireland, McDonald's Restaurants, and speech makers in the public arena.
