Bill joined Maynard Leigh in 2003 and combines consultancy with his continued work as a television director. As a coach he specialises in presentation and interpersonal skills and leadership issues. Clients include Aviva, HP, Chubb, Centrica, Tradeteam, Barclaycard, SES Astra and Electronic Arts.

Bill studied Psychology at Oxford before becoming an actor, working professionally on stage and television for ten years.He then turned to writing and directing and has directed many television dramas, including Eastenders, Holby City, Night & Day, as well as television films and a BAFTA nominated short film. He also co-wrote the period feature film The Abduction Club.

Bill is endlessly refining his ideas on how to motivate and lead, but he strongly believes that successful teamwork underpins outstanding performance.
