Andrew is one of the founding partners of Maynard Leigh in 1989 and author of over a dozen books on management, several of which have been translated into foreign languages. He also has an MA in Manpower Studies and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.

His career has spanned marketing, feature writing on the business section of The Observer and for sixteen years as a senior manager in the public services. He works regularly with a wide range of companies on clarifying their development needs and identifying the most cost-effective ways of achieving change.

In particular, Andrew has assisted companies to create comprehensive management development programmes and has ensured these have a strategic impact.

Andrew developed the company's on-line services for creating team, leadership and personal impact profiles and the Progressit follow through system.
